We provide domestic and small office cleaning services across selected areas of the United Kingdom. Our services include:

Availability depends on your location and our scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to decline bookings where we are unable to provide adequate coverage.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All prices shown on our website are estimates and serve as a guide only.
- Your final quote is confirmed after we assess your property details, including the size, condition, and any specific requirements.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from what was originally described at the time of quoting.
4. Bookings and Scheduling
- Bookings are confirmed once you accept your quote and we confirm availability.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the agreed time, but slight variations may occur due to travel or previous appointments.
- If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time that suits you.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
- If we need to cancel a booking on our end, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund.

6. Access to Your Property
- You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the agreed time.
- If our cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time and no prior notice was given, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Please ensure that any pets are secured and that any valuable or fragile items are stored safely before the clean.
- We are not responsible for items left in the cleaning area that may be accidentally moved or damaged during routine cleaning.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property when requesting a quote.
- Ensure the property is safe for our cleaners to work in.
- Inform us of any hazards, access issues, or special requirements before the clean.
- Provide working utilities (water, electricity) as needed for cleaning.
8. Our Responsibilities
We commit to the following:
- Provide cleaning services with reasonable care and skill.
- Arrive at the agreed time or notify you of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Treat your property with respect at all times.
9. Liability
- We carry public liability insurance to cover damage or loss caused by our negligence during a cleaning appointment.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided or the value of any item damaged, whichever is lower.
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Fair wear and tear
- Damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable prior to the clean
- Loss of items not reported within 48 hours of the clean
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the provision (or non-provision) of our services.
10. Complaints
- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean.
- We will investigate your complaint and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
- Where appropriate, we may offer a partial re-clean or a partial refund.

11. Intellectual Property
