No. Our cleaners bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment as standard. If you have specific products you’d prefer us to use — for example, due to allergies or preferences — just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

After you submit your details through our quote form, we review your property size, condition, and requirements. We then send you a clear, itemised estimate for approval. No work begins until you’ve agreed to the price.

Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Regular customers benefit from consistent pricing, priority booking, and a familiar cleaning team where possible.

Yes. We offer cleaning services for small offices, co-working spaces, and home offices. This includes desk and workstation cleaning, kitchen and breakroom areas, bathrooms, and general communal spaces. For larger commercial premises, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all the products and equipment needed, including hoovers, mops, cloths, and cleaning solutions. You don’t need to provide anything unless you have specific preferences.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with any aspect of the clean, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll arrange for the issue to be addressed — this may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra charge. See our Complaints Policy for full details.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for regular cleans, and 3–5 days ahead for deep cleans or end of tenancy cleans. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where availability allows.

We carry public liability insurance to cover our cleaning activities. If you have any specific concerns, please get in touch and we can provide further details.

Absolutely. Many of our customers prefer to be at home, while others provide access and go about their day. It’s entirely up to you. If you won’t be home, we can discuss secure key arrangements.
